Aaron Kuszla (Pn1, Pn2, CP1)
I am a Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 & 2 certified Nutrition Coach and have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years.
I've spent many years implementing and learning how to create better results for both myself and my clients when it comes to things like getting stronger, increasing fitness, improving nutrition, and creating new healthy habits that stick.
During my time in the industry I've been involved in many different types of training, from Crossfit to Strongman, and recently Hyrox. One of the biggest things I've learnt from all three of these sports is how to create a well-rounded approach to getting not only strong, but fit as well.
My training has evolved over the years, and one training method that has always proved itself in a variety of situations for both myself and my clients is a hybrid style approach.
