Aaron Kuszla (Pn1, Pn2, CP1)

I'm a Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 & 2 certified Nutrition Coach and have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years.

I work with self-motivated people who want more from their workouts—whether it’s building strength, feeling fitter, or simply moving a bit better—if this sounds like you, you've come to the right place.

During my time in the industry I've been involved in many different types of training, from Crossfit to Strongman, and recently Hyrox. One of the biggest things I've learnt from all three of these sports is how to create a well-rounded approach to getting not only strong, but fit as well.

My training has evolved over the years, and one training method that has always proved itself in a variety of situations for both myself and my clients is a hybrid style approach.
